In preparation for its 50th anniversary in 2017, La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia launched a promotional site celebrating its history. Including a timeline of key events throughout the university’s lifespan, a calendar of events and links to donate and contribute to a crowd-sourced collection of stories; the site provides a single portal for the community to get involved in the anniversary celebrations.
